Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Agreement:
By purchasing a membership with Martgall Holdings LLC, doing business as Lighthouse Yoga Studio ("the Studio"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Membership is non-transferable and is valid only for the individual named on the membership.
2. Membership Types:
The Studio offers various membership types and class packs. Each membership type may have specific terms and conditions regarding pricing, payment schedules, and benefits. Please refer to the membership options provided by the Studio for more information.
3. Payment and Billing:
Membership fees are payable in advance according to the selected membership plan. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, or other acceptable payment methods as determined by the Studio. By providing payment information, you authorize the Studio to charge the designated payment method for membership fees on a recurring basis until the membership is canceled.
4. Membership Benefits:
Members are entitled to access the Studio's facilities and participate in available yoga classes and activities according to the terms of their membership plan. Additional benefits, such as discounts on retail items or workshops, may be offered to members at the discretion of the Studio.
5. Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
Members are encouraged to reserve spots in yoga classes in advance, as space may be limited. Cancellations should be made within a reasonable time frame as specified by the Studio's cancellation policy. Failure to cancel a reservation within the specified time frame may result in a penalty or forfeiture of the class credit.
6. Membership Suspension and Termination:
The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Studio. Membership fees are non-refundable in the event of suspension or termination.
7. Liability Waiver:
All members are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any yoga classes or activities at the Studio. By signing the waiver, members acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity and release the Studio from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.
8. Modification of Terms:
The Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes via email or other communication methods deemed appropriate by the Studio. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wilmington, North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
By purchasing a membership with Martgall Holdings LLC dba Lighthouse Yoga Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Membership Terms and Conditions.
