Yoga is often presented as a means to achieving physical form and flexibility which can lead to a calmer, more mindful approach to life which it can. At its root, Yoga means to be in Union with the Divine. A lifetime of spiritual seeking led me to Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2018-19. It is magical, it works- what else can I say? I am insatiably curious about how things work and why- the mysteriousness of the Way the Divine Works means surrendering my need to know to a place of acceptance where peace is. Everything I practice and teach helps me stay in that posture of gratitude & receptivity to experience more Divine Love in my life. I am honored and love to lead others to find the way to their own Yoga Practice and heal.

Katelyn is a 200 RYT and is certified in all the Buti MVMNT Formats. She enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, and playing paintball and is on an amateur paintball team's pit crew, she loves clean eating, music, being outdoors, she is a Holidork, and watching movies with her partner. The best thing is she never stops smiling!
