Refund Policy

At Martgall Holdings LLC, doing business as Lighthouse Yoga Studio ("the Studio"), we strive to provide a positive and fulfilling experience for all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for classes, memberships, and other services.

1. Class Passes and Drop-In Classes:

a. Drop-In Classes: Payments for drop-in classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

b. Class Passes: Unused class passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior written consent from the Studio. Class passes must be used within the specified validity period.

2. Memberships:

a. Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership with at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

b. Annual Memberships: Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase. If you cancel your annual membership within the first 30 days, you may receive a prorated refund based on the number of days used, minus a cancellation fee of $50.

3. Workshops and Special Events:

a. Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop or special event, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Cancellation by the Studio: If the Studio cancels a workshop or special event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the payment to another event.

4. Retail Items:

a. Returns and Exchanges: Retail items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Sale items are final and non-refundable.

5. Private Sessions:

a. Cancellation by Client: To cancel a private session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the session will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Cancellation by the Studio: If the Studio cancels a private session, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the session.

6. Medical and Special Circumstances:

Refunds for medical or other special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with supporting documentation if you are unable to participate in classes or use your membership due to medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances.

Please provide your name, contact information, and details of the purchase for which you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy:

The Studio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
