Holistic Approaches to Women's Wellness

A series of seven classes that explore the Foundational Herbal Extracts and a holistic approach to women's wellness with special guest presenters Caroline Keeler and Talyor Lawrence. In addition to herbal extracts and uses, topics will include wellness approaches for women in all ages and stages from puberty to menopause.

Sound Bath Event and Ceremony Wilmington

Dedicated time to allow vocal and instrumental sound frequencies to inundate cells with Source Love energy and create a safe space to allow hearts to open to Grace.

Explore, Express & Listen. We will begin with grounding movement and breath work before exploring different mindful social exercises and challenges- like eye gazing, vocal expression, and improv games. Then we’ll close with meditation and reflection.

These sessions are intended to bring sunshine into our shadows (Sattva), embody acceptance of oneself and others, inspire creative passion, and open our hearts. This is an opportunity to discover, release and embody different aspects of yourself. 

Themes: trust in oneself and others, compassion, creative playfulness, self-expression, witnessing collective shadows, communication, and embracing silence/space.

There is so much to learn about Kundalini Yoga, but in this series, I break it down from breathwork to why the Gong? Let me answer your questions or lead you to the sources where you will find the answers you seek. This is an all-levels course designed to strengthen your understanding and help you find a way to develop your own Kundalini Yoga Practice that will benefit you the most or let it be an informative experience that broadens your understanding of this way of practicing Yoga.


This course includes book recommendations, worksheets, discussion time, doing Kriyas, breathwork and meditations, community time of drinking homemade Yogi tea and enjoying light snacks together after class(optional). This is a great way to introduce yourself to Kundalini Yoga, have a new experience or rekindle and deepen your appreciation for a practice you already know and love
